Second Mind Labs provides Command Centre, an autonomous AI agent operating system. The service includes software, documentation, and support as described in your selected plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Command Centre requires a Claude API key (from Anthropic) or other LLM provider key to operate. You are responsible for your own API usage costs. Second Mind Labs does not cover third-party API charges.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. Lifetime and hardware purchases are refundable within 14 days if unused. Installation service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on referred customer subscriptions. Commission is paid monthly. We reserve the right to modify the commission rate with 30 days notice.
Certified installers earn a per-installation fee. Payment is made to the bank account on file after successful installation confirmation. Second Mind Labs is not an employer of installers — installers operate as independent contractors.
You agree not to use Command Centre for any illegal activity, to interfere with other users, or to attempt to access systems without authorization.
Command Centre software, documentation, and branding are owned by Second Mind Labs Pty Ltd. Your subscription grants you a licence to use the software — not ownership.
Second Mind Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
